SeraHive Global System Integrators Pvt Ltd (“SeraHive,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”) and other applicable laws, we have established this Copyright Infringement Policy.
1. DMCA Notification Process
1.1 How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content hosted on our services infringes your copyright, please provide us with a written notice containing the following information:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

1.3 Processing Timeline
We will process DMCA notices promptly, typically within 1-2 business days of receipt. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and inform you of any actions taken.
2. Counter-Notification Process
2.1 How to Submit a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following information:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of copyright infringement or an agent of such person.
2.2 Where to Send Counter-Notices

2.3 After a Counter-Notice
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will:
- Promptly provide a copy of the counter-notice to the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Inform the copyright owner that the removed material will be replaced or access to it restored in 10 business days unless we receive notice that the copyright owner has filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
- Replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10-14 business days following receipt of the counter-notice, unless we receive notice that legal action has been filed.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
3.1 Account Termination
In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity multiple times or has had infringing material removed from our service multiple times.
3.2 Determining Repeat Infringement
The following factors may be relevant in determining whether a user is a repeat infringer:
- The number of valid DMCA notices received for the user’s account
- The timeframe in which the notices were received
- The response of the user to the notices
- Any pattern of infringing behavior
4. Standard Technical Measures
We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, to the extent such measures are consistent with our systems and networks.
5. Misrepresentations
5.1 False DMCA Claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
5.2 False Counter-Notices
Similarly, knowingly materially misrepresenting in a counter-notice that material was removed by mistake may also result in liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
6. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA/Copyright Infringement Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

8. International Copyright Concerns
While the DMCA is a United States law, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright owners worldwide. If you are outside the United States and have a copyright concern, you may still submit a notice following the procedures outlined above.
